I'm not based in the USA and don't have an SSN or ITIN, can I still use your service?
Yes, however some states require an SSN or ITIN in order to register. We won’t be able to register you in these states. We also charge an additional $50/state fee for applications without an SSN or ITIN.
Do I need a sales tax permit in each state so I can provide a valid resale certificate?
No. Many states allow you to use an out-of-state resale certificate in their state. You should schedule a consultation with us so that you do not register in states unnecessarily. It can be a major pain to close a permit once one is opened.
Can you handle my sales tax filings and payments for me?
